- 1 cup (200g) favorite chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350° F. (175° C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Gradually mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in your favorite chocolate chips.
- Scoop the dough into 1 1/2 tablespoon portions on the cookie sheet, giving space to spread.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown on the edges but slightly underbaked in the center.
- Cool on the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
