Description

A cozy and flavorful tortellini salad, packed with vibrant ingredients, perfect for potlucks and picnics.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup salami, diced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled tortellini, cherry tomatoes, black olives, bell pepper, red onion, salami, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil.
  3. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad and toss well to coat all ingredients.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Enjoy at your picnic or potluck!
