- 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Instructions
- Combine the cooked and cooled tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, salami, provolone cheese, and fresh basil in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a smaller bowl until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all the flavors beautifully.
