Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup carrots, finely grated
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, carrots, spinach, oats, egg, and chicken broth until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small sticks or desired shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sticks are firm and cooked through.
