Description

A delightful recipe that marries smoky BBQ with sweet teriyaki flavors, perfect for summer grilling.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the BBQ sauce and teriyaki sauce until well combined.
  2. Add the cubed chicken breast to the bowl with the marinade.
  3. Let it soak in those flavors for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  5. Thread the marinated chicken, pineapple, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
