Description

Delightful wraps filled with BBQ chicken and crunchy coleslaw, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken (cooked and cooled)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (bagged or homemade)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 4 large tortillas (flour or corn)
  • Chips or fresh veggies (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a large bowl. Stir gently until well coated.
  2. Mix together the coleslaw mix, ranch dressing, and chopped green onions in another bowl.
  3. Warm your tortillas in a pan over low heat or in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
  4. Lay a generous scoop of the BBQ chicken onto each tortilla, followed by coleslaw mixture.
  5. Carefully roll up the tortillas tightly, ensuring the filling doesn’t spill out.
  6. Serve immediately with a side of chips or fresh veggies.
