- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced potato wedges with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle over the potato wedges, followed by the parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.
- Arrange the wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer with skin sides down.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until golden brown and fork-tender. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
