- 1 lb broccoli, cut into florets
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving drippings in the skillet.
- Add the vegetable oil to the skillet and increase the heat to high. Toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
- Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to coat the broccoli evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with crispy turkey bacon and a sprinkle of sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
