Description

A comforting and quick recipe for oven baked boneless skinless chicken thighs, perfectly spiced and ready in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs evenly with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish in a single layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can marinate the chicken thighs in the spice mixture the night before to enhance the flavors. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
